1. Acceptance of Terms

Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and funds in that account will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration
Registration Requirements
To register on jta9.club you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number and create a password. You must verify your mobile number via a one-time PIN (OTP) before your account becomes active. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You agree to keep your account information up to date.
Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one active account on jta9.club. Creating multiple accounts — using different mobile numbers, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, all such accounts may be suspended, bonus funds voided, and pending withdrawals cancelled.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share login details with any other person. jta9 will never ask for your password or OTP through any channel. Any activity through your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to jta9 support before such activity occurred.
Account Closure by User
You may request account closure at any time via live chat on jta9.club. Pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to verification. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
jta9.club accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jta9 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals may only be made by users who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. jta9 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal Processing Times
jta9 aims to process withdrawal requests within 3 to 10 minutes of approval for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during high demand, maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. jta9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Same-Method Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering. If your original payment method is unavailable, you must contact jta9 support to arrange an alternative, which will require additional verification.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
General Bonus Terms
jta9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Where no specific terms exist for a bonus, these general bonus terms apply. jta9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is specified in the bonus offer terms. Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing only low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements while preserving bonus balance, colluding with other users to exploit promotional terms, and using automated tools to claim bonuses. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds voided and may be permanently suspended.
6. Responsible Gaming

jta9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising harm associated with problem gambling. The Platform provides tools to help users manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, time-out periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings or by contacting jta9 support.
Self-Exclusion
Any user may request self-exclusion from jta9.club at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods may be set for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion the user's account will be suspended and they will not be permitted to register a new account or access the Platform. jta9 will make reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee interception of all access attempts.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jta9.club. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and pending withdrawals cancelled without recourse:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live games, or jointly exploit promotional terms.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or Platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any criminal conduct through the Platform.
- Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of sporting events in the Platform's betting markets.
jta9 actively monitors accounts for prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
8. Suspension and Termination
jta9's Right to Suspend
jta9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the user has breached these Terms; (b) the user has provided false or misleading information; (c) the account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised party; (d) continued account operation poses a risk to jta9, other users, or third parties; or (e) required by law or regulatory directive.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, access to jta9.club will be revoked. Any real money balance remaining at termination (where termination is not due to user breach) will be returned to the user's registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds will be forfeited on termination regardless of the reason.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on jta9.club — including software, graphics, logos, text, images, game interfaces, video content, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of jta9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

Exclusion of Consequential Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jta9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of jta9.club.
